Livarix carries a 60-day money-back guarantee — but we found the brand's own refund page isn't fully consistent about how that window is measured, and we think you should see both versions before ordering.
The inconsistency we found
Two different dates, one guarantee: the brand's refund page states that refund requests for physical products should be made no later than 60 days after the product was shipped, while a separate line on the same page refers more generally to 60 days from purchase. These are not necessarily the same date, especially if there is any delay between when you order and when your package ships.
Our recommendation
Confirm your applicable deadline using the ship date on your package or your order confirmation email, and don't wait until close to the 60-day mark either way — request your refund with margin to spare if you're unsatisfied.
Return shipping costs
Per the brand's refund page, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This is not always mentioned prominently in the sales messaging, so budget for it if you plan to return an order.
A checkout detail worth knowing
Watch the Subscribe & Save checkbox: the brand's FAQ describes orders as one-time payments with no auto-ship, but the checkout page processed through BuyGoods has included an optional “Subscribe & Save” checkbox that enrolls you in monthly shipments if selected. Read the checkout screen carefully and make sure that box is unchecked if you only want a single order.
